Job Description As a Digitalization and Automation Apprentice within the Operations department at Europ Assistance, you will support the Digital team in its mission to transform and optimize operational processes through digital tools and AI-driven automation. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how a transformation team operates in an insurance company, with a focus on the Travel business line, the group’s core activity. You will not be expected to code yourself, as this is not an IT role, but rather a strategic and operational position within the business. Key Responsibilities: Project Support & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of various countries onto group solutions, including tools powered by LLM-based AI, Deployment and adoption of above solution (e.g., follow adoption performance, define lever of optimization). Digital & Automation Opportunity Mapping: Conduct market and internal research to identify new opportunities for digitalization and automation within the company, After identifying promising use cases, possibly test them through proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, using tools such as Copilot Studio for instance.
