ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Inspect, repair, repack, replace, and manufacture Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS), aviator's personal equipment, oxygen components, and support equipment and related systems and accessories in accordance with Maintenance Instruction Manuals (Ml M's), Technical Directives (TD's), Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRC's), Navy instructions, manufacturer's manuals, company instructisns and other approved data. Train aircrew in proper use of safety, water, and survival equipment. Perform duties of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO) Analyst when authorized and designated. Accurately complete and sign individual employee timesheet. Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOO) prevention and Tool Control rules and regulations including participation in FOO walkdowns when directed. Maintain cleanliness of the workcenter and around your assigned work area. Comply with established general and industrial safety rules and regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment. Maintain appropriate records of all work accomplished.
