Description WESTSIDE IS LOOKING FOR A DIRECTOR TO LEAD THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING TEAM!: JOIN THE TEAM MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY!: The Director of Finance and Accounting (DFA) is responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting, payroll, and reporting activities. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Finance and Accounting prepares presentations to the Board Finance Committee. The DFA leads all day-to-day finance and accounting operations and supervises the Accounting team. The DFA ensures that Westside has the financial systems and procedures in place to support organizational goals and objectives and works closely with managers and their staff to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures and to explore how the finance function can support program operations.
