Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Chattanooga, TN 37402Position Type: SeasonalJob Shift: M - F 8:00 - 4:45Job Category: FinanceJOB SUMMARY: The Branch Operations Intern is responsible for assisting with the processing of all incoming mail transactions in both a timely and accurate manner. In addition, the Intern is responsible for assisting with the processing of all incoming returned mail received via the USPS in a timely and accurate manner. The Intern is also responsible for assisting with the regular performing of quality control on all consumer deposit documentation in both an accurate and timely manner, ensuring staff adhere to established institutional procedures and all applicable laws. Moreover, the Intern is responsible for creating new and reviewing and revising, if necessary, existing operational reports and forms. The Intern may complete a wide range of operational tasks, including processing service events, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. The Intern will maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while exhibiting a passion for helping others.
