Job Title: Powertrain Intelligent Benchmarking Analyst Location: Madrid, Spain: Work Regime: Hybrid: Overview / Summary: We are looking for a Powertrain Intelligent Benchmarking Analyst to work in a hybrid format (2 days per week in the office in Madrid). Responsibilities and Tasks: - Competitive and technical benchmarking of architectures, solutions and market trends; - Analyse technical data, BOMs and specifications; - Understand trade-offs between performance, cost and industrialisation; - Collect and structure market and technology data; - Perform competitive and technical benchmarking; - Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities; - Support early-stage decision-making and product strategy. Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: - Engineering background; - Knowledge of powertrain systems, particullary in hybrid systems; - Strong analytical skills; - Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; - Ability to work cross-functionally; - Fluency in English; - Clear and good communication skills.
