Job Title: Production Support-Tech Center Team Lead About the Role: The Production Support Technician – Team Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating the in‑house diagnosis and processing of Clover devices within the Tech Center. This role leads a team of up to 10 technicians, ensuring production targets, workflow efficiency, and quality standards are met, reducing the need to send devices to external vendors.
