Description Job Summary: Recognized as a proficient, highly skilled clinician who routinely demonstrates acquired in-depth knowledge about the care of a specific patient population in daily practice. Considers possibilities and probabilities as well as clinical and organizational factors when planning care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patient/families. Values the contributions of peers and multidisciplinary colleagues and routinely consults with and serves as a resource to others. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Practice and Patient Care: 1. Demonstrates advanced assessment skills. Anticipates and understands the impact of nursing care on patient outcomes. 2. Frequently acts as a resource to other nurses/colleagues regarding patient care. 3.
