Our Denver office has a new opportunity for a Payroll Senior Specialist with payroll experience to join our growth-oriented professional engineering and environmental consulting office. Job Expectations: Payroll Processing - Monitor and manage multi-state and Canadian payroll processes, including importing, proofing, editing, processing, and transmitting all payroll wages, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and manual payments consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws - Assist 2,000+ employees and contractors with weekly timesheet submissions and payroll related inquiries - Analyze and audit payroll data for accuracy and completeness of payment to employees - Reconcile and pay third-party benefit vendors i.e., 401K, HSA, FSA - Partner with internal cross-functional teams...
