IN A NUTSHELL…: We're looking for a People Operations Lead to be the backbone of how Bellroy supports its crew, from someone’s first day through to their last (and everything in between). You'll be part of our People & Culture team, reporting to our Chief People Officer, and responsible for making sure our people operations run smoothly across Australia and around the world. Over the past few years, Bellroy has grown globally. We have two offices in Victoria, a hybrid working model and a globally dispersed, diverse workforce that keep things interesting. You'll manage the systems, processes and compliance that hold it all together, but you'll do it with the care and thoughtfulness that makes Bellroy unique. This isn't a role where you just keep the lights on. You'll shape how we work by improving our processes, building smarter systems, and making sure our policies actually make sense to the people reading them.
