Job description
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements - Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing processes - Complete Project Management for new manufacturing equipment and processes - Development and maintain manufacturing work instructions - Analyze costs associated with production and processes - Monitor manufacturing operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards - Provide technical and hands on support to manufacturing shop as needed - Other reasonable job duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing - 0-5 years of Mechanical Engineering Experience - Any shop or hands on experience is a plus
