The Senior Manager Hull and Structure position is a high level technical leadership role that oversees all aspects of structural repairs and steelwork projects while a ship is in dry-dock. It demands advanced technical expertise in marine steelwork paired with strategic project management skills. The Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring steelwork repairs consistently meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. By leveraging both technical knowledge and strong leadership, this role is instrumental in achieving successful dry-dock operations and maintaining our fleet's excellence. Essential Functions: Capital Project and Major Steelwork Program Leadership: Direct complex steelwork projects and programs from concept through execution and closeout, with accountability for planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, contractor coordination, and delivery results.
