Description A non-exempt position primarily responsible for providing training and support for all system applications, such as EPIC, PCIS, EMA, Phreesia, etc., within the practice site offices to new and existing users. Participates in process improvement activities related to practice site activities. JOB FUNCTIONS: - Coordinates system application trainings with new and existing practice site staff members. - Ensures training program meets the core business needs. - Meets regularly with staff and management and delivers training/updates, as needed. - Serves as a subject matter expert/super user offering support for practice site staff in abstracting and scanning documentation of patient information. - Acts as a liaison between IHMG affiliates, practice sites, and other business contacts under leadership’s direction, for application support. - Works with existing training processes/systems to develop and improve operational workflows. - Stays abreast of all updates/changes with the program and communicates with leadership. - Completes and/or supports practice site staff with any physician requests. - Assists operations with problem solving any assigned issues and projects. - Coor...
