Job description

The Solution Architect Director provides strategic and technical leadership for end‑to‑end system architecture supporting QuantumLeap initiatives across software, intelligence, controls, and digital platforms. This role ensures scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant architectures while partnering across engineering, product, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to enable long‑term platform success. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and definition of enterprise‑level system architectures supporting Quantum Leap, including reference system designs, specifications, and technical standards. Drive architecture strategy for Quantum Leap software, intelligence, controls, digital platforms, and data center infrastructure management. Translate solution and product strategies into scalable, secure, and interoperable technical architectures. Define end‑to‑end system structures, including product selection, data flows, integration schemas, and communication protocols.
