Job description

The Creative Designer is responsible for the implementation of coordinated public relations and marketing efforts, as well as creating engaging online and offline marketing content for 4-H Primitive Pursuits. The Creative Designer may provide input to planning and strategic communications/marketing efforts. This position involves diversified duties requiring knowledge of marketing, public relations, desktop publishing and website software. The Creative Designer works in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator (Temp Program) and collaborates with the Primitive Pursuits Operations Coordinator in all projects regarding planning for and creating marketing materials to promote the programs of 4-H Primitive Pursuits. Required Qualifications: Associate or Equivalent Education (GED/High School Diploma + 1 yr transferrable program/functional experience). Experience relevant to the role of the position . Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written and visual channels using traditional marketing materials, as well as digital technology.
