Your mission, roles and responsibilities: Faurecia Clean Mobility activity (FCM), one of our business group, is looking for an Intern Legal for its Headquarters based in Nanterre (92). If you wish to be part of a global tech company and to integrate a dynamic team working on cross border projects with various functions and on supporting hydrogen ecosystem this position is for you. The Legal Team dedicated to the Clean Mobility business group of the FORVIA Group implements strategy defined by top management, supports management and operational teams in all their domestic and international projects: negotiation and drafting of major industrial partnerships, management of mergers and acquisitions deals, negotiation and drafting of sales agreements with its customers (OEMs) and of purchase agreements with its suppliers, and litigation management. The legal team is taking part to the transformation of the Group Legal department through transversal projects, aiming at increasing awareness to legal environment and at training operational teams.
