Company Details: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). - 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles. - Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders. - Experience in leading digital transformation or modernization programs in insurance. - Significant experience implementing and managing insurance policy, billing, and claims systems. - Strong understanding of commercial insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration. - Proven success in managing large, distributed teams and multi-million-dollar budgets. - Demonstrated success working in a central shared services model and partnering with divisional CIOs. - Prior experience in organizational consolidation and enterprise harmonization initiatives. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. - Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and customer experience technologies.
