The Technical Support Specialist I is to provide day to day operations and technical support to all users of the MHC systems. This position is fully in office 5 days a week in Leawood, KS. - Provides initial support and assistance to all users of PCs, PC Networks and related peripheral devices. This includes the support of “approved” PC software applications. - Provides initial support to users of vendor applications; analyzes problems and contacts vendors for support if necessary.
