Process Technician II: Job Duties: - Support daily shop floor operations, resolving production issues, quality problems, and implementing process improvements. - Activities may include generating N/C programs, participating in review of rejected parts to determine disposition and further action. - Estimate and calculate standard times. - Structure and verify bills of materials. - Update process documentation. - Submit maintenance requisitions. - Assist with machinery and equipment installation. - Perform analysis, data collection, and documentation of manufacturing processes. - Analyze, recommend, and implement layout and workflow improvements consistent with lean manufacturing methodologies. - Assist with workstation and line layouts, balancing of work content, determination of labor requirements, material handling and storage solutions,...
