We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in Yuba City, CA. Work in an enhanced behavioral support home or community crisis home supporting individuals moving out of institutional settings, including psych hospitals, developmental centers, and residential treatment facilities. Our BCBA's provide support to individuals who are dually diagnosed with an intellectual disability and mental health diagnosis in a residential setting. Earn up to $100,000 per year Our BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned. They will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan.
