OVERVIEW: Marc Jacobs International, driven by the visionary leadership of Marc Jacobs, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Repair & Maintenance Coordinator based in our New York City (SoHo) headquarters . This role is responsible for ensuring all locations remain fully functional, safe, and customer-ready, with a strong focus on coordinating repairs and maintenance. The position also supports new store openings, store closures, alarm systems, and business licensing compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES : Retail Repair & Maintenance Focus - Serve as the primary contact for all store repair and maintenance requests - Prioritize urgent issues that impact store operations, safety, or customer experience - Dispatch vendors and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work - Track and follow up on all work orders to minimize downtime - Conduct routine store inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs - Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs - Ensure all stores meet brand standards and operational readiness Coordinate and manage repairs for: - Plumbing and restrooms - HVAC systems - Store fixtures, shelving, and displays - Doors, locks, and flooring - POS a...
