Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Oversees and supports the operations of the Versailles warehouses, managing all incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse utilizing the Oracle ERP system. Works closely with the warehouse, operations, corporate logistics, customer service, customers, quality, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and efficient shipment of orders to meet customer’s expectations and regulatory compliance. Performs work under minimal supervision. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: - Collaborates with cross functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance - Ensures efficient execution of warehouse activities on a daily basis. Prepares orders for the warehouse teammates, creates shipping documentation including bill of lading, packing list, and international documentation for all outbound shipments, and receives inbound product to the warehouse - Coordinates and optimizes product movement through the warehouse to minimize touchpoints and ensure first-time pass when the warehouse pulls orders for shipment - Assists logistics leadership to problem solve issues and process improvement - Communicates all information to carriers to ensure timely pick-ups and prevent...
