About the Role: As an AI Transformation Director, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end. Working closely with our Managing Director of AI Transformation, you’ll be the senior person across both delivery and proposal development- making sure what we sell is valuable, what we deliver is excellent, and what reaches clients reflects real strategic thinking. You’ll lead enterprise clients through the hard work of AI transformation: structuring transformation opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, designing operating models, building capability, and driving organizational change.
