AT A GLANCE: As the Associate Director, Account Management , you will be the strategic lead for our most complex and high-visibility partnerships. This is a high-level Account Management position designed for a leader who excels at navigating large-scale healthcare ecosystems and building deep trust with senior stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between our Clinical, Product, and Growth teams, ensuring our partners see the tangible clinical impact of our digital weight health and prevention solutions. Where You'll Be: To prioritize togethernes, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
