Job description
Summary: The Sr Analyst HR Analytics is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support HR projects, processes, users and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools, detailed predictive and statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building predictive models. Responsibilities Include: Developing requirements and implementing descriptive and predictive analytics using tools and languages such as PowerBI, SQL, Python, R and others. Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics Participate in analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions Create/maintain and ensure integrity of key HR data sets, reports and metrics Continuously transforming Tyson’s data visualizations to support business models.
