REAL TIME CONSULTING (An RTCo Company)—POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Engineering Program & Account Manager REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer (COO) POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the management of all phases of Engineering program activity, including organization, planning, direction, reporting, customer relations and satisfaction, program execution, resource oversight and management. As head of the program/account team, s/he provides the overall program leadership, management, sustainability and growth.
