Job Description: Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end‑to‑end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle — issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation — helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant. Responsibilities: - Manage, within a team of both experienced and junior workmates, the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, modification, cancellation), ensuring accurate documentation. - Respond to operational queries and escalate risks when needed. - Maintain data quality, contribute to process improvements, and follow operational standards. Skills: - Experience (ideally 2–3 years) in bank guarantees, trade finance, or financial institutions. - Strong attention to detail and process discipline. - Advanced English communication skills (essential). - Advanced Excel user. - Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
