The Team We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven professional in the area of Securitisation within ING’s Group Treasury Issuance & Investments (GT I&I). As a Secured Issuance Treasury Specialist you will work in the Group Treasury’s Issuance team. The Issuance function takes the lead in the execution of all ING’s long term (public and private) debt issuance. The team plans its activities based on the Capital and Funding plans that are created by GT Balance Sheet and Capital Management team. The issuance team is GT’s antenna in the debt and capital markets and play an important role in the continuous feedback loop between the planning and execution function. The Secured Issuance department within the Issuance function is responsible for the set-up, execution, and monitoring of all securitisation transactions for liquidity, funding and/or capital release purposes for ING Bank. Furthermore, the department is responsible for managing the Dutch and Belgian Covered Bond programs, the placement of covered bond transactions in the capital markets and the coordination of the global secured issuance activity.
