Job description

The Shipping and Receiving Associate oversees and participates in all shipping and receiving functions that affect the field inventory for the organization. This role requires both computer entry skills and the fulfilment of orders in the warehouse. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Ensure all freight and UPS shipment are properly packaged and sent out in a timely manner - Ensure accurate inventory records - Key orders into warehouse management system on the computer - Ship company uniforms, safety equipment, and other items needed for work to field employees - Respond promptly and courteously to requests from internal customers - Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Perform other labor-intensive tasks such as assembling or moving furniture, equipment, supplies, etc. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk has no direct reports.
