In this role, you will: Primary focus is to review and audit financial records such as bank statements, bills of sale, trial balances, etc. to ensure compliance with repayment term When necessary, you may have to physically inspect inventory and assess the condition to confirm the collateralized position. Reconcile discrepancies with the customer and document details to support the final financial review and inventory inspection results. Build relationships with customers through setting expectations, answering questions, providing support with payment systems, and raising customer growth inquiries to our commercial and portfolio teams. Communicate with manager, account manager, and peers to resolve issues and escalate risks.
