Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Drafter to support architectural and construction initiatives within a federal healthcare environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Contracted Architect, VA Architect, and Chief of Projects & Construction Management to deliver precise, compliant, and visually compelling design documentation for a wide range of campus spaces. This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and is passionate about translating architectural concepts into accurate, buildable designs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and visual presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other visualization tools (e.g., ZLink). - Analyze architectural drawings and create Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) layouts, incorporating building systems, materials, traffic flow, and code requirements. - Interpret and review drawings for compliance with VA Technical Information LIbrary (TIL) standards and applicable codes. - Maintain and organize the Drawing Room, including project plans, binders, and digital documentation. - Update and m...
