Job Summary: The Requirements and Optimization (R&O) Manager will manage activities contributing to the successful execution of Engineering Operations Support program and be responsible for maintaining and coordinating routine and one-time meetings and deliverables for internal and external customers. This position requires an experienced person with demonstrated knowledge of maintenance, repair, and facility management in interior/exterior building envelope systems to include but not limited to: structural, finishes, plumbing, fire protection and detection, and low voltage electrical systems.
