Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family-centred framework and continuum-based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, a Practice Leader works in a team-based environment and is charged with overseeing practice in the designated area. Duties include supporting clinicians with their practice and participating in planning and coordinating practice standards, goals and objectives in conjunction with designated management and other team members and collaborating on various staffing and quality control issues.
