Job Summary: Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, the RBT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders. Essential Duties: % Of Role Description 100% · Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, implements treatment plans meant to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills. · Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software. · Provides updates to parents or other caretakers regarding client progress or ongoing treatments, as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor. · Ensures that all treatments provided follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols. · Possesses working knowledge of subject matter and can adapt interventions based on client needs. · Maintains client confidentiality and client dignity. · Ability to work individual and as part of a team. · Detailed oriented and proficient oral and written communication skills.
