State Street Investment Management (formerly State Street Global Advisors) is seeking an Application Development Lead, AVP to join the Global Funds Management (GFM) Engineering team within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with responsibility for application architecture, engineering delivery, and operational excellence in support of Global Funds Management business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in solution design and implementation , contributing directly to critical engineering workstreams while leading by example. The position involves new software development and requires experience in financial software or a strong understanding of and interest in financial markets. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a senior, high-performing engineering team and help deliver complex, business-critical applications in the financial services domain.
