Community Leasing Agent This posting is for a current vacancy. We are looking for a Community Leasing Agent to join the InterRent leasing team. This is a regional leasing support role that provides coverage across the Southwestern region, traveling between communities to support leasing activity wherever needs arise. You’ll regularly be on the road, moving from site to site to help with property tours, lead follow-up, application support, and leasing events; stepping in during peak periods, vacancies, or new initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is comfortable with frequent regional travel as a core part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This position is best suited for someone who has discovered a passion for real estate, understands the sales cycle, and demonstrates strong listening skills. You will work closely with prospective residents and act as a strong brand representative, investing time in learning about our communities and properties across the region.
