This person must be proactive, solution-oriented, and extremely attentive to details. This is a junior or entry-level role ideal for someone excited about ecommerce or performance marketing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role will support the execution of campaigns across channels like email, SMS, app, paid media, partnerships, and more. The Marketing Assistant will help with content creation, campaign setup, reporting, and coordination, gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing and data analysis within a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Schedule: This is a hybrid position based at our office in Chico, CA, with in-office days Tuesday - Thursday.
