What you’ll need to succeed as a Benefits Manager at XPO Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience - 5 years of experience in benefits administration - Experience in project management - Technical expertise in all areas of benefits administration and compliance Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field - At least one year of supervisory experience - Experience with benefits administration for Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico employees - Ability to collaborate with HR business partners in resolving conflict situations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment - Strong customer service skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal and management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and get along with diverse personalities About the Benefits Manager job: Pay, benefits and more: - Competitive compensation package - Full health insurance benefits are available on day one - Life and disability insurance - Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first...
