Reporting to the VP Director of Stores, this role provides leadership to store management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. The District Manager will analyze business trends, coach talent, ensure operational excellence, and develop high-potential leaders to support long-term company growth. Frequent travel within the district is required.
