Job Req Number: 108892 Time Type: Full Time We are looking for a Group Process Owner for Digital Products , responsible for governance, process excellence and data quality in the Routing and Booking Desk domains. As the Business Owner of these areas within the EDP program, you will define and drive future development, oversee improvements, support automation and ensure consistent end‑to‑end data flows across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and improve global standards, process documentation and data governance for Routing and Booking Desk. - Monitor data quality, analyse root causes and implement long‑term corrective actions. - Lead the improvement pipeline and maintain a feedback loop with the EDP program to enhance end‑to‑end data flows. - Conduct regular training sessions for GBS, Finance SPOCs, EDP teams and other stakeholders to support governance compliance. - Drive innovation, automation and standardisation, identifying opportunities for optimisation. - Conduct audits, analyse findings and implement structured improvements. - Lead assigned projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration. - Work closely wit...
