Job Title: HR Generalist This position has a hybrid 3/2 schedule. WoodmenLife is looking to hire an HR Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will partner with the Total Rewards team to support the administration and operations of WoodmenLife’s compensation and benefits programs. Performs a broad range of compensation and benefits functions, ranging from day-to-day transactional support to more technical system administration tasks. Serves as a resource for associates regarding benefits inquiries and supports the effective delivery of Total Rewards programs across the organization.
