Description SUMMARY: Responsible for operating and maintaining Krones can filling machines to ensure the efficient and accurate filling of cans with liquid products. You will work in our beverage manufacturing plant, contributing to the production of high-quality canned beverages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Machine Setup: Set up the Krones can filling machine for production runs, including configuring settings such as can size, filling volume, and product type. Ensure the machine is clean and sanitized before initiating production. - Machine Operation: Monitor the can filling machine during production to ensure proper operation. Load cans into the machine, oversee the filling, sealing, and labeling processes, and adjust as needed to maintain consistent product quality. - Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure filled cans meet required standards. Perform visual inspections, measure fill levels, and check for proper sealing to ensure quality and prevent defects. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or issues.
