This role is responsible for supervising a clinical care team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting operational excellence in collaboration with the Practice Leader and Operations Director. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Licensure/Certification: Experience: Minimum: Three years acute care nursing experience for similar patient populations. Progressive experience in health care including involvement in direct patient care, educating staff, supervising personnel and problem solving of unit or organizational issues.
