Job description

Manager, Value and Access Advisory, IQVIA Inc., Wayne, PA. May telecommute (work from home) from anywhere in the U.S. and report to Wayne, PA company location. Plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Execute high quality research and analysis. Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations. Develop client relationships through face-to-face discussions or workshops, telephone, or email contact. Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads. Support the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements. Support development of approximately 10 market access proposals annually. Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training. Coach project team members and support them to fulfill their personal objectives. Coach junior staff. Lead some learning, development and recruiting activities. Requires supervisory responsibilities for associates, associate consultants, consultants or related positions.
