Job description

Responsible for the direction and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the National Casino Marketing staff for the Atlantic City region and efficient scheduling of leased aircraft and related functions . Starting Salary $60,000: College degree or equivalent experience. Two to four years prior casino industry travel related experience preferred, including aircraft dispatching or equivalent Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes. - Prepares and coordinates schedules for all leased aircraft flight operations, communicating schedules to the aircraft operation designee according to department procedure - Receives authorized flight requests and prepares schedules - For each leased aircraft operation, receives communication regarding operational constraints, maintenance requirements and other matters affecting flight schedules and aircraft availability, and adjusts flight schedules accordingly - Coordinates catering requirements and communicates to the leased aircraft representative - Arranges for catering preparation, delivery & billing - Coordinates ground transportation and handli...
