About the Role Mizuho Americas is seeking an Associate to support its Compliance Training Program, including FINRA Firm Element and other U.S. regulatory training requirements. This role plays a key part in the design, delivery, administration, and regulatory readiness of firmwide compliance training, with a strong focus on training technology, data and reporting, and continuous program improvement . The Associate will report to the Training Program Manager within Central Compliance and work closely with Compliance leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners, and will be part of a highly visible program that supports a strong culture of compliance across the firm. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Training Program Operations & Delivery Support day‑to‑day operations of the Compliance Training Program, including training scheduling, assignment, tracking, reporting, and escalation.
