We’re looking for ambitious, relationship-driven sales professionals eager to help scale a rapidly growing fintech in the home lending space. As a Broker Business Development Manager , you’ll be the face of the company to mortgage brokers — building trust, educating them on our lending solutions, and driving consistent loan volume through long-term partnerships. You don’t need prior finance experience — we’ll teach you that. What matters most is a proven record of success in fast-paced, high-performance sales environments such as SaaS, tech, or financial services. What You’ll Do: - Manage and grow a portfolio of mortgage brokers within our aggregator network. Build lasting relationships that translate into consistent loan flow. - Lead broker meetings and presentations to explain our low-deposit home loan products. Learn our credit policies and tailor conversations to each broker’s client base — from first-home buyers to high-value clients. - Be proactive in uncovering opportunities, asking the right questions, and moving deals forward quickly with urgency and clarity. - Review specific loan situations and apply credit policy knowledge to offer clear, confident advice to brokers. -...
