Job Overview: The Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing patients with acute and chronic wounds. This includes creating individualized care plans, administering wound care treatments such as dressing changes and debridement, and using advanced therapies like negative pressure wound therapy. The RN will also provide education to patients and their families on proper wound care techniques, collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor progress, and ensure accurate documentation of treatments and outcomes.
