Job description

Position: Exercise Support Cell (ESC) Manager Type: Full-Time: Location: Camp Mackall, NC: Travel: 10%: Position Summary : Exercise Support Cell Manager that will supervise the Camp Mackall ESC Team, and the Camp Mackall Logistics Specialist. The ESC Manager will attend coordination meetings and provide support as priorities are established by COR and the Project Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all personnel assigned to the Camp Mackall Exercise Support Cells. - Coordinate with the COR and Project Manager to ensure task execution aligns with established priorities and timelines. - Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for all training support activities. - Maintain accountability of equipment, materials, and facilities used by ESC teams. - Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure professional standards are upheld across all assigned personnel. - Support the development and implementation of training support processes, SOPs, and operational improvements. - Attend required coordination meetings and provide updates, reports, and recommendations as needed. - Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational policies a...
