Quality Assurance Coordinator, Cold Chain

Job description

The Quality Assurance Coordinator provides quality assurance and administrative support in all areas of quality, quality systems, and cold chain including sanitary transportation. This position requires collaboration with key internal and external customers to drive improvement and increase customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Senior FSQA Manager. The hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Support Mom’s Meals compliance with FSMA Sanitary Transportation. - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions - Develop and deliver food safety training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of food safety excellence - Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and supply chain to enhance food safety initiatives - Collaborate with Logistics and Tech Services teams to qualify new cold chain sites and aid in resolution of nonconformities - Organize and report on audit assessments and recommend an action plan to understand the impact of the assessment gaps - Assist in analyzing complaint data and temperature data as it relates to finished prod...
