The Stock Plan Administrator leads the end-to-end administration of our executive and director equity grants, employee stock purchasing, proxy and other SEC filings, and global equity programs. This role is a critical intersection of Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance, responsible for managing the lifecycle of executive and director equity grants, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and ensuring flawless compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including assisting with the preparation of the proxy statement and other SEC filings.
